Guido Aufdemkamp is Executive Director of Flexible Packaging Europe (FPE). He holds a degree in economics and has been active in German and European associations for flexible packaging and aluminium foils and screw caps since 2003. His core activity is the representation of European flexible packaging manufacturers at European and international level. This includes statistics and market analyses, public relations, sustainability, food contact as well as member management. Overall, FPE addresses a wide range of issues of growing importance to the flexible packaging industry, in particular food contact, sustainability and environmental issues. The association includes all major flexible packaging manufacturers in Europe and represents about 85% of European sales.More at www.flexpack-europe.org

Juan Cano

Juan is an accomplished and highly experienced leader in the flexible packaging industry with a proven track record of business development, product marketing and accelerated sales growth in innovative packaging and printing equipment. Juan Cano was recently appointed Director Business Development to lead Screen's newly created flexible packaging inkjet printing division. Screen's inkjet digital printing technology builds on over 75 years of experience in developing innovative printing solutions for the packaging industry. The new Truepress PAC 830F responds to the growing demand for technology that enables cost-effective short-run printing with lower production costs than traditional analogue printing systems (flexo, gravure) and a shorter time to market. Juan Cano has more than 20 years of experience in delivering global sales growth and worked in various senior positions at Bobst before joining SCREEN. Prior to that, he held several other sales and marketing positions, helping to shape and develop global markets for manufacturers of advanced capital equipment. He studied chemistry at the University of Granada and holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University.

Zeliha Sevdiroglu

Zeliha Bıçaksız Sevdiroglu graduated from Chemical Engineering, then received a MSc degree in Chemical Reaction Engineering with Treatment of Industrial Wastewater by Combined Oxidation Methods. She is a packaging professional in Bak Ambalaj for 19 years, has experience in the fields of Research and Development activities related to all Flexible Packaging area, product development, process development, project management, portfolio management, implementation, optimization, laboratory set up and development. Several product developments she led with her team won packaging awards in several contestations. In her current role, she is the director of the first R&D and Innovation Center in Flexible Packaging Industry in Turkey, certified by Ministry of Science and Technology.

Karsten Schröder

Werdegang / Qualifikation

Karsten Schröder studierte Werkstofftechnik. Anschließend sammelte er rund 10 Jahre Erfahrungen bei Bischof und Klein GmbH & Co., Lengerich in der produktionsnahen Produktentwicklung. Als Projektleiter konnte er zahlreiche neue Lebensmittel- und Konsumgüterverpackungslösungen etablieren. Im Jahr 1998 gründete er die Innoform GmbH und im Jahr 2000 zusammen mit Dipl.-Ing. Klaus Behringer den Innoform Testservice. Im Jahr 2004 gründete er mit seiner Frau Kerstin die Innoform Coaching GbR, die seitdem öffentliche Seminare und Konferenzen anbietet. Zusammen mit Dr. Rainer Brandsch und Klaus Behringer gründete er 2010 die Innoform Consulting GmbH. Als Initiator von InnoNET-partners legte er 2008 den Grundstein für projektorientiertes Arbeiten in virtuellen Teams von hochspezialisierten Experten unterschiedlicher Disziplinen. Unter Inno-Impuls hält er mit Kollegen Fachvorträge (Keynotes) rund um das Thema Gesellschaft und Verpackung und moderiert Firmenveranstaltungen. 2020 entwickelte er mit www.eveema.com das Format www.inno-talk.de. Hier wird Wissen für Flexpack-Enthusiasten kostenlos geteilt.
